Placing a Trade

How do I place a trade?

Step 1 : Register as a member.

Step 2 : Please fill up purchase order form to place a order www.silvergoldmalaysia.com/purchaseorder.htm

Step 3 : Make payment via Cash Deposit or Internet Online Transfer. Bank detail will be email to you after Purchase form submitted.

Step 4 : Notify us after payment made by filling up "Payment Notification Form" www.silvergoldmalaysia.com/paymentnotification.htm

Step 5 : Shipment tracking number will be provided for you to trace your item. Delivery date will be on every Tuesday.

Will I get a confirmation or invoice for my trade?

Once an order has been placed with our Trading Desk, our Sales Department will confirm your trade. Once your trade has been confirmed you will receive an Confirmation sent to all the emails we have on file for your account.

Please review these confirmation and notify Sales@silvergoldmalaysia.com immediately of any discrepancies.

How do I track for my shipment

1.Most orders are shipped by registered, insured UPS or FedEx.

2.When orders are dispatched, SilverGoldMalaysia.com notifies the buyers by email and gives the expected day of delivery.

3.A tracking number is givenWhen notification is sent by email (the most frequently used method of notification), , which enables the recipients to verify date and time that the packages entered the carrier's system.

4.The tracking numbers also enable SilverGoldMalaysia.com to verify when the packages were received by the buyers.

How do I buy full Insurance for my shipment

All the shipment is secure and covered by insurance before the good deliver to your door step.

When can I expect my product to arrive?

SilverGoldMalaysia.com uses many shipping methods to insure timely and safe delivery of your products. UPS and FedEx shipments can be tracked online and depending on service most packages will be delivered within 3 days.

Shipment Fee and Charges

1.Admin Charge : RM10 per shipment
2.Shipment & Insurance : RM0.75 per ounces.
3.Example: Shipment Fee for 20 ounces of Silver American Eagle and 25 ounces of Canadian Silver Maple Leaf are Rm33.75 [ RM 10 + (45xRM0.75) = RM33.75]
